Dear colleagues, partners, and all involved in the SettlePay Wallet project and related ones - WorldSec, 4bill, BetterBro, SendOn, Pogashay, Fextyco, StarSoft, Ramdart.

We need to admit our defeat and take responsibility for the fact that we failed to ensure the legality of our actions and avoid misuse of our customers' funds. These difficulties have led us to declare bankruptcy. All funds owed to us have been withdrawn from the company's accounts and are at the disposal of Igor Bokiy and Andrey Savchenko.

We officially acknowledge that our statements over the past two years were fictitious, aimed at keeping liquidity on our balance sheets.

We note that we are facing criminal proceedings under the following articles:
Article 200 (Unlawful actions with transfer documents, payment cards and other means of access to bank accounts, electronic money, equipment for their production)
Article 212 (Evasion of taxes, duties and fees - mandatory payments)
Article 220-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Falsification of financial documents and reports of a financial institution, concealment of insolvency of a financial institution or grounds for revocation (cancellation) of a financial institution's license)

Our legal department recommends that you remove all marketing references to our projects, as this may lead to unwanted inquiries from law enforcement agencies. Also, on behalf of the entire team, I ask you not to disclose any information regarding cooperation with our projects.

We plan to repay all debts from 01.03.2024
