A well-planned tea point acts as the social anchor of a commercial interior. When a design team approaches communal areas with such a sophisticated grasp of texture and atmosphere, our role is to make sure that intent is perfectly legible to the client. The focus of this breakout space is a large island featuring deep green cabinetry and custom ribbed paneling. To present this effectively to decision-makers, our 3D visualization process concentrated heavily on lighting behavior. By balancing the artificial glow of the overhead pendants with ambient daylight, we accurately portrayed how shadows map across the textured and matte surfaces. Rendering these specific material choices helps stakeholders feel the intended mood before construction, providing the visual proof needed to confidently approve the design direction.

Pitching a large commercial space requires bridging the gap between technical plans and the intended physical experience. A compelling 3D visualization relies entirely on the strength of the underlying design, and working alongside a team with such a highly developed understanding of modern workplace strategy makes our role much easier.

During the tender phase for this location at Paradise Birmingham, our goal was to equip the designers with visual tools that confidently communicated their layout. Navigating this hybrid office relies on subtle spatial cues, such as the deliberate material transition between grey carpet and warm wood herringbone to establish distinct work zones. By accurately rendering these surface details and computing the natural light distribution, our 3D images provided decision-makers with a highly realistic preview of the environment. Providing this level of visual certainty supported the team in winning the pitch, helping turn their highly intelligent concept into the finished build you see today.

3D video walkthroughs are becoming a standard part of how design & build projects are reviewed and approved.

They help teams spot issues earlier, present ideas more clearly, and move decisions forward without unnecessary delays.

We broke down where they make the biggest difference.

If you’re planning a project, this is worth keeping in mind.

One of the ongoing challenges in workplace design is defining different areas without breaking the sense of a shared environment.

In this project, separation was approached with a light touch. Instead of relying on solid walls, zones are shaped through subtle elements - screens, partial dividers, acoustic booths - allowing each area to serve its purpose while remaining visually connected to the rest of the space. Even where privacy is required, transparent partitions maintain that continuity.

This kind of layout relies heavily on how it’s presented. Without a clear visual reference, these transitions can be difficult to read in plans alone. CGI helps make that logic immediately understandable - showing how boundaries are set, how openness is preserved, and how the workplace functions as a cohesive whole.

For this final set, the focus was on communicating that balance. Giving enough definition to each area while ensuring the space still reads as one connected working environment.

At Visioaxis, we create 3D visualizations for the design and build industry, helping architects, interior designers, and real estate teams present spatial strategies like this with precision and confidence.

Last week, we shared the exterior visualisations for the terrace of this vibrant office space in Yorkshire.

This set shifts the focus indoors: an open-plan workspace filled with light, colour, and movement, designed to keep its occupants connected. A “campfire” meeting area acts as a natural focal point, adding character while reflecting a growing trend in the UK workplace interior landscape.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Oktra to produce visuals that support the design team during client presentations. In workplace interior design, accurately conveying the layout can play a key role in securing approval. Assets like these help clients better understand the space before final decisions are made

This visualisation deck we created for Oktra features a set of exterior 3D renders, showcasing the sun terrace of a workplace in York.

The compact layout accommodates a vibrant mix of picnic and coffee tables, a retractable pergola, a couple of two-person meeting pods, and even an edible wall of fresh herbs—all gently lit with fairy lights and lanterns to bring a sense of warmth to those chilly Yorkshire evenings.

Our team at Visioaxis carefully developed both day and dusk visuals to reflect the full atmosphere of the design, while keeping every measurement, material, and lighting detail aligned for a smooth transition into the build phase.

Restaurant owners understand that the dining experience goes far beyond the food. Today, guests frequently photograph and share their surroundings, which means the atmosphere of a restaurant often becomes part of the overall experience.

Lighting, materials, and seating layout all play a role in shaping that environment. Because of this, 3D rendering for restaurant interior design is commonly used to present how a space may appear during service, helping designers and operators evaluate the ambience before construction begins.

At Visioaxis, we approach restaurant visualizations by balancing atmosphere with technical accuracy, allowing architects and designers to present their concepts in a believable and informative way.

If you are developing a restaurant project and need interior CGI for presentations, feel free to get in touch to discuss your project.
