shift^ announces the appointment of Trayana Pamoukchieva, MBA as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, reinforcing its focus on scaling through strategic deals, partnerships, and value creation.
With over 14+ years of international experience in strategic finance, transformation, and complex cross-border operations, Trayana brings deep expertise in M&A processes, exit strategy advisory, due diligence ex*****on, and post-acquisition integration. Her track record includes leading multi-entity initiatives across 15+ countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia, as well as building and scaling finance functions in high-growth environments.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s M&A agenda end-to-end - from deal origination and evaluation to ex*****on and integration - playing a key role in accelerating the company’s next phase of growth.
