LAUNCHub Ventures is happy to support INSAIT - Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology's recently announced B.Sc. fellowship program for top high school students - EXPLORER (EXcellence Program in technoLOgy and REseaRch).

✅ The goal of the program is to enable talented high-school students in mathematics and computer science to continue their education in AI and computing, locally in Bulgaria, at the world-class level. The program is inspired by those found at top universities worldwide.

ℹ️ Each student, accepted to this highly competitive program, will receive a stipend of 72,000 leva (36,000 EUR), will study in the most demanding program at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, will participate in world-class research projects at INSAIT, and will take part in summer internships at INSAIT and deep-tech companies.

GlycanAge, a Croatian company supported by a Bulgarian team, measures your biological age, offering insights into how your lifestyle and environment are influencing your body's aging process, beyond what the calendar might suggest. It empowers individuals to make informed decisions and work with specialists to potentially improve their health outcomes.

With this newly acquired capital, GlycanAge is set to expand its focus from longevity to encompass the broader diagnostics market. The aim is to develop disease-specific prognostic biomarkers, marking a significant leap forward in personalized healthcare.
