With the support of the European Union under , we are proud to provide grants for advisory services to innovative green companies, helping them accelerate their growth and sustainability.

🌟 Big news for our team at Hydrogenera!

We signed a grant agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), co-funded by the European Union through the InvestEU programme, to launch a new project focused on Lean transformation and operational efficiency.

What does this mean in practice?
↳ Faster project ex*****on and shorter lead times
↳ More intelligent workflows with Lean and Critical Chain methods
↳ A culture of continuous improvement and innovation
↳ Scaling up to meet growing international demand for green hydrogen

💡 През септември подкрепихме две ключови инициативи, които привлякоха сериозен интерес и събраха голяма аудитория. Ето какво се случи:

📅 10-ти и 11-ти септември - Заедно с експертите от EY Denkstatt проведохме обучения на тема Устойчива верига на производство и доставки. Двата дни събраха средно по 80 участника, които обмениха знания и опит по темата.

🎯 И двете инициативи бяха реализирани с подкрепата на Европейския съюз 🇪🇺 по и показаха колко важни са темите за устойчивост и иновации днес.

В допълнение на финансовия елемент, по време на закриващото събитие директорът на ЕБВР за България Мануела Несъл се включи и като част от журито, което оценяваше представянето на компаниите. 📋

Стартираме ретроспекцията за 2024 със споделяне за една от първите ни инициативи за годината – партньорството с акселератора за жени-предприемачи FAME (https://oneoffame.com/), спонсориран от EBRD.

✨ Защо тази инициатива е толкова специална?

- Това беше пилотно издание, което привлече огромен интерес още при кандидатстването.
- В програмата участваха 12 компании, като две от тях получиха ексклузивна покана за индивидуални консултантски проекти под шапката на Програмата за подкрепа на малкия бизнес.

Мениджърът на програмата участва и като член на журито на финалното събитие. Всяка компания презентира своя бизнес и демонстрира впечатляващия прогрес, постигнат благодарение на програмата.

Краят на годината е време за равносметки. 👩‍💼

С наближаването на новата година, е време да споделим успехите и вдъхновяващите инициативи, които успяхме да реализираме през 2024 г. В следващите дни ще ви разкажем за някои от тях – инициативи и компании, които с гордост подкрепихме. 🔎

През тази година имахме възможността да работим по разнообразни проекти:
