But deeper below our mind is the non-competitive principle : all living beings are particles of one thing. Mutual acquaintance and unification of strong and weak, big and small, smart and stupid, hardworking and lazy, old and young, eastern and western. Because we
all in our innermost being carry the same souls . We have successfully implemented the HRaL system for social inclusion through sports. Likewise it can also be applied in business and politics. HRaL.SULIU tournament system shows a new way of bringing various of social groups together. The results give hope. The elderly recieved respect and energy for life. The youths began to show generosity and willingless to help. The children participated equally. At the end there were many friendships formed.
