Sunday, our Oxygen team gathered at restaurant Antika for our annual BBQ. With glorious weather, refreshing mocktails, delicious food & great company, all ingredients were there for a fatastic time together.

As consultants, we don't see each other every day. That's exactly why moments like these matter. They help us strengthen relationships and keep our unique Oxygen spirit alive.

During our latest Oxygen Day, we proudly handed over two new “Change Agent” certificates to Brent and Imran.

Over the course of this program, they strengthened their skills in:

• Problem detection & problem solving

• Visualization & role-playing
• Business case thinking

And because growth deserves a symbol too, they each received a plant alongside their diploma. 🌿

Our Young Talents journey, powered by Oxygen, wrapped up with a strong and inspiring two-day finale in Antwerp.

Over the past months, these young potentials have been guided, challenged and prepared to take their next steps in the industry. This final moment brought it all together.
