During the month of May, more than 1,400 members signed up for the May Activity Challenge! Jointly, we collect and track our activity minutes to work towards a 2 million minute goal, which will be tied to a CSR donation. Whether you run, walk, bike or practice yoga... every minute counts!

Every day, hundreds of large cargo ships navigate the Scheldt River to and from ports in Flanders and Zeeland. The river is curvy, with shallow spots, strong winds, and tides that can fluctuate up to six meters. The WEsterScheldtPlanner (WESP) application helps vessels navigate safely and efficiently on the river without touching the bottom.

CGI worked with Flemish and Dutch authorities to develop the application to advise port authorities and pilots on keel clearance safety for ships navigating the river. WESP uses meteorological forecasts and real-time ocean conditions to provide dynamic predictions up to 48 hours prior to sailing.
