Building Future Leaders Through Learning & Experience

In line with the Bangladesh Bank guidelines, we have commenced our 14-week Foundation Program for Future Leaders, comprising 8 weeks of classroom training and 6 weeks of practical training.

The practical phase will include field visits, hands-on exposure, and team-building activities to bridge the gap between knowledge and real-life banking.

Sharing a few glimpses from our classroom sessions as our Future Leaders begin this exciting learning journey.

A big appreciation to all the internal and external trainers and colleagues involved in making this journey a meaningful one.
