Nothing quite like an exceptional lunch at an elevated neighborhood spot. Via Carota, for all its hype, sure lives up to expectations, every time. I come for the Beet Salad and stay for the Chicken. It’s cozy, warm and inviting with zero pomp and circumstance, just excellent ex*****on. I dream of my next visit as I’m leaving… it’s like that.
