মন্ডল প্রতিষ্ঠানটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন । সমগ্র উপজেলা ব্যাপী কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানটি বাংলাদেশের সমবায়ের জাতীয় পর্যায়ের শীর্ষ প্রতিষ্ঠান “ দি কো অপারেটিভ ক্রেডিট ইউনিয়ন লীগ অব বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড ” ( কালব ) এর সদস্য প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসাবে পূর্ণ সদস্যপদ লাভ করে। এবং সেই ধারাবাহিকতায় গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সমবায় অধিদপ্তর কর্তৃক প্রতিষ্ঠানটি নিবন্ধন লাভ করে । যার মূল নিবন্ধন নং- ১৩৪ /কে এবং সংশোধনী নিবন্ধন নং ০০৬/কে।
সোশ্যাল কনসার্ন কো – অপারেটিভ ক্রেডিট ইউনিয়ন লি : ( সংক্ষেপে- এসসিসিসিইউএল ) হলো বাংলাদেশের একটি সমবায় ভিত্তিক প্রতিষ্ঠান যেটি অসহায় , গরীব , দুঃখী মানুষের সেবা প্রদান ও মানুষের মধ্যে সমবায় চেতনা জাগ্রত করতে কাজ করছে।
SOCIAL CONCERN CO - OPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LIMITED is a private, non-political, voluntary humanitarian and cooperative based organization. This organization has been working since 2020 to provide various assistance to the rural people and bring back the consciousness towards cooperatives in Koira Upazila of Khulna District, the gateway to the Sundarbans. The organization gained full membership as a member of The Co-operative Credit Union League of Bangladesh Limited (CCULB), the top national organization of cooperatives in Bangladesh for conducting activities throughout the upazila. And in that continuity, the organization was registered by the Cooperative Department of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Whose original registration No. 134 / K. Amendment Registration No. 006/K. (abbreviated as SCCCUL) is a co-operative based organization in Bangladesh working to provide services to helpless, poor, miserable people and to create co-operative consciousness among the people.
