🚨 UK LTD নিয়েছেন মানেই শুধু UK-তে Business করতে হবে—এমনটা অনেকেই ভাবে থাকেন .... 😅
আবার US LLC মানেই শুধু USA Market—এটাও একটা common misconception।
অনেক নতুন Shopify Seller মনে করেন, UK LTD দিয়ে Payment Gateway নিলে শুধু UK Customer-দের কাছেই Sell করতে হবে।
আসলে Business Entity, Payment Gateway আর Target Market—এই তিনটা আলাদা বিষয়।
আপনার Shopify Store-এর Payment Gateway UK LTD-এর Business Information দিয়ে Active করা হলেও, তার মানে এই না যে আপনার Customer শুধু UK-তেই হতে হবে।
আপনার Business UK-তে registered হতে পারে, কিন্তু আপনি চাইলে অন্য দেশের Customer-দেরও Target করতে পারেন—আপনার Business Model অনুযায়ী।
একইভাবে US LLC দিয়ে Payment Gateway নিলেও শুধু USA Market-এই Business করতে হবে—এমন না।
আপনার Target Market হতে পারে USA, UK, Canada, Australia বা অন্য কোনো Country।
তবে একটা বিষয় অবশ্যই মনে রাখতে হবে। 👇
অন্য Market-এ Sell করার আগে সেই দেশের Tax, Shipping, Payment Method, Product Regulation এবং Legal Requirements সম্পর্কে জানা জরুরি।
তাই সহজভাবে বললে—
LTD/LLC = আপনার Business Entity
Payment Gateway = Customer-এর কাছ থেকে Payment নেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা
Target Market = আপনি কোন দেশের Customer-কে Sell করবেন
এই তিনটাকে এক জিনিস ভাবলেই মূল Confusion তৈরি হয়। 💡
UK LTD দিয়ে Payment Gateway নিয়েছেন বলেই শুধু UK-তেই Sell করতে হবে—এটা ঠিক নয়।

💡 অনেকেই মনে করেন, Payment Gateway Active করে দিলে Customer-এর Payment সেই Person-এর Account-এ চলে যাবে।
আসলে বিষয়টা এমন না।
একটা Shopify Store-এ সাধারণত ২টা আলাদা বিষয় থাকে:

✅ Accepting Payments
➡️ Customer কীভাবে Payment করবে

✅ Receiving Payouts
➡️ Customer-এর Payment শেষ পর্যন্ত কোন Bank Account-এ যাবে

Payment Gateway Active করতে UK LTD/LLC Business Information প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। অর্থাৎ আপনাকে কাস্টমাররা তাদের যে card গুলো দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করবে সেই option গুলো on করে দেয়ার জন্য business information টা লাগে। আর সেটা আপনি যে কারও company information দিয়ে on করে নিতে পারেন।

কিন্তু Customer-এর Payment কোথায় জমা হবে, সেটা নির্ধারণ করে Payout Account।
অর্থাৎ, Store Owner-এর Payoneer/Bank Account যদি Payout Account হিসেবে যুক্ত থাকে, তাহলে Customer-এর Payment সরাসরি সেখানেই যাবে। 💳

তাই Payment Gateway Active করা আর Customer-এর টাকা Receive করা—এই দুইটা বিষয় এক না।
নতুন যারা Shopify শুরু করছেন, তাদের জন্য বিষয়টা জানা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। 💡

📌Free Supplier vs Paid Supplier — কোনটা আপনার DropShipping Business এর জন্য ভালো এটা জানেন?

Dropshipping শুরু করার সময় আমরা অনেকেই একটা ভুল করি—আমরা ফ্রী Suplier (Aliexpress, Dsers, CJ Dropshipping) ব্যবহার করি। আমরা ভাবি- “Free supplier থাকলে টাকা কেন খরচ করবো?” 🤔

শুরুতে এটা ঠিক মনে হলেও, ব্যাপারটা নিয়ে একটু গভীর চিন্তা করলে বুঝবেন আসল সমস্যাটা কোথায়।

👉Free Supplier (CJ, DSers etc.) ভালো কারনঃ
✔ শুরুতে খরচ লাগে না
✔ Beginner-friendly

কিন্তুঃ

❌ Delivery time অনেক বেশি (১৫+ দিনও লাগতে পারে)
❌ Product quality inconsistent (কখনো ভালো কখনো খারাপ)
❌ Customer experience খারাপ হওয়ার chance বেশি
❌ Return Policy নেই বললেই চলে।
❌নিজের Branding করার সুযোগ থাকবে নাহ।
❌কোন Automation System নেই।

👉Paid Supplier / Private Supplier এর ক্ষেত্রেঃ

✔ Fast delivery (৫–৮ দিন, অনেক সময় তারও কম)
✔ Better product quality & packaging
✔ Return & refund policy অনেক ভালো।
✔ Automation system (order processing, tracking)
✔ Brand এর জন্য trust build করা সহজ

💡 আসল কথা কী জানেন?

Dropshipping শুধু “product selling” নয়, এই বিজনেসের মেইন Growth হয় ভালো customer experience থেকে।

আপনার customer যদি ২০ দিন অপেক্ষা করে product পায়, তাহলে সে আর কখনো আপনার store এ ফিরে আসবে না। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনার Returning customer ratio অনেক কম হবে আর আপনার মার্কেটিং এর জন্য বেশি বেশি খরচ করতে হবে।
কিন্তু
যদি ৫–৭ দিনের মধ্যে delivery পায় তাহলে তারা আপনার Store হতে premium experience পাবে আর -- তখনই সে repeat buyer হয়ে যায়।

📊 আমাদের guideline অনুযায়ীও, serious business করতে গেলে Paid supplier ব্যবহার করা recommended—কারণ fast delivery আর premium service-ই long-term Business এ profit নিয়ে আসে।

🎯Conclusion:
শুরুতে free দিয়ে শেখা যায়…
কিন্তু scale করতে চাইলে paid supplier ছাড়া growth almost impossible।
