* Provide a clear and concise response according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and process.
* Ensure the response is delivered within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
* Verify the customer's inquiry or issue as per the SOP and process.
* If the inquiry or issue is verified, execute the necessary actions promptly.
Working Days: 6 Days in a week
Job Location: Dhaka
Education: Graduation from Reputed University
Salary: Consolidate 20,000/-
