Job Responsibilities:
1.Promote Services: Actively promote mobile recharge and bill payment services to new and existing customers.
2.Generate Sales Leads: Identify and approach potential agents, retailers, and individual users to grow the customer base.
3.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction with services.
4.Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the management.
5.Conduct Field Visits: Visit retail shops, customer centers, or events to onboard new users and partners.
6.Distribute Marketing Materials: Hand out brochures, flyers, and promotional items to attract users.
7.Market Intelligence: Collect competitor data and customer feedback to suggest improvements or new strategies.
8.Campaign Support: Assist in implementing local promotional campaigns and offers to boost sales.
9.Report & Analysis: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights on performance and customer behavior.
10.Training & Onboarding: Educate new clients or retailers on how to use the platform effectively.

💰 Salary: BDT 15000 (Negotiable based on experience & Performance)
