3. Sales of retail

Liability products (Current A/c, Savings A/C, TBS A/C, EZEE A/C, FDR and DPS), Retail Asset Products (Salary Loan, Quick Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Secured Loan, Secured OD, Secured Loan Bullet Payment) and BBL Credit Card.
4. Verify and authenticate all account opening documents.
5. Handover welcome pack to the customers against application as per KYC policy.
6. Receive and deliver FD receipt and form and sent to operation department and deliver the FD receipt as per customer requirement.
7. Support the continuous growth of distribution network and business segments.
8. Provide Banking Services through mini branches (Apon Shomoy).
9. Encourage customers to use alternate channels for their convenience.
