𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
Druto Fintech Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Verification Officer to lead verification operations across Savar, Mohammadpur, and Mirpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field verification executives, ensuring quality verification, maintaining operational efficiency, achieving business targets, and driving team performance through effective leadership and coaching.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Lead, supervise, and monitor verification executives across the assigned zones.
• Build a high-performing and disciplined field verification team.
• Assign daily responsibilities and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Monitor zonal activities and maintain strong operational control over field teams.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor executives to improve productivity, engagement, and career development.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, performance-driven work culture.
𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications through the Admit Panel.
• Ensure all verified loan files are submitted to the Head Office within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Verify that all customer information and supporting documents comply with company policies and operational standards.
• Maintain updated Loan and BNPL trackers at all times.
𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Prepare daily activity plans aligned with monthly business and operational targets.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.
• Develop and implement zone-wise business development plans to increase verification efficiency and support business growth.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor verification quality, operational compliance, and executive performance.
𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Submit the Day-End Report (DER) daily before 9:00 PM.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Organize at least two zone-wise team meetings every week.
• Ensure executives consistently follow operational processes and departmental guidelines.
• Coordinate effectively with Customer Acquisition, Credit, Operations, Collections, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure prompt communication of operational updates and important business information across all levels.
𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues involving team members or cross-functional departments.
• Identify field challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management whenever necessary.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum 𝟮–𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in Verification, Field Operations, Credit Analyst in 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗡𝗚𝗢, 𝗯𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗵, 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱, 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀, 𝗡𝗚𝗢𝘀, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗠𝗙𝗜𝘀), or a related industry.
• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of proven team leadership experience managing field-based teams.
• Experience in loan verification, field investigation, customer verification, Credit Operations or field operations will be considered an added advantage.
𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operational zones and achieve performance targets.
• Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Savar, Mohammadpur, Mirpur, and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Own a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle driving license will be given preference.
• Willing to travel extensively for field operations.
