Eligibility to be the member of foundation: All classes nation, religion, class, community, team who are sound minded of 18 years age of any conscious man / woman of society can be the member of this foundation
2. Member classification: Three class's members will remain in this foundation such as (1) Founder member (2) General Member (3) Permanent member
a) Founder member: The members who have si
gned the B form are considered as founder members. c) Membership as long as foundation: Any person of Bangladeshi citizen can attain the membership as long as foundation donating the asset as equal value of Tk.5,000 (Five Thousand).
3. Rules of being membership / member admission
a) Application has to be submitted to Foundation Chief with admission fee Tk.500 (Five hundred) subject to fill the particular form by the foundation. b) Checking admission form by foundation managing committee will explain in meeting and the decision regarding member will be accepted in the meeting of managing committee. d) Monthly at rate of Tk.10 (Ten) taka will be paid. The contribution of 01 year has to be paid in advance.
4. Member right and facility:
The power of participating in election and voting right of all voters except permanent (life member) members will be reserve. In development of life membership foundation and due to the greater interest of the foundation, work will be done as member election commission member or by providence of suggestion.
5. The member whose membership will be rejected. a) If a member leave the membership willingly. b) If monthly contribution is not paid regular. c) If one after one not to be presented in three meetings. d) On the contrary of interest of the foundation any work is done or capital
fund is misappropriating. e) If any member has lost his mental balance or died.
6. a) As per section of 09, and sub section 1,2,3 for the above mentioned
reason membership is rejected subject to showing the appropriate reason for
recovering the membership in view of prayer in a particular form the accepting decision by board meeting, against the membership can be
provided. In that case arrears contribution and readmission fee Tk.100/-
have to be paid. b) Except the section 09, subsection 1, 2, 3 if membership is rejected
recovery is treated as eligible.
7) Foundation Branch In requirement, the branch of managing committee will be formed by the decision. Branch operation system. a) The branch is operated by the nominated person by the managing committee. As per regulation of foundation the accepted activities /programs by central office will be implemented. Branch committee will consisted with minimum 11 members. b) Branch authority will be liable and responsible for all operations to the central
authority. c) If for any reason branch is adjourned. Will be informed in written.
