ক্লবা আইটেম 75% load নেওয়া হয়েছে। আর মনে হয়না আইটেমটি average করার প্রয়োজন হবে। আইটেমটিতে আমাদের buy rate around 14 tk (+/-0.20 tk) বাকি 25% ফান্ড আমরা নতুন আইটেমে বিনিয়োগ করেছি। আইটেমটির আপডেট কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেই পেজে চলে আসবে। আইটেমটির আপডেট পেতে পেজে Active থাকুন।

Safety net তৈরির 2nd item ট্রেন্ডে ফিরছে। আইটেমটিতে 75% load নেওয়া হয়েছিল। মার্কেট খারাপ থাকায় 25% হাতে রাখছি যেন emergency তে support দেওয়া যায়। তবে আশা করছি সেটার প্রয়োজন পড়বে না এবং আইটেমটি তার standard target পূরণ করবে।

ক্লাব আইটেম এখন পর্যন্ত ২০% collect করা গেছে। আশা করছি দাম কমার সাথে সাথে আমাদেরও collection চলবে। যে কোন আইটেম gradually buy করার উদ্দেশ্যই হচ্ছে যতটা পারা যায় কম দামে নেওয়া। আইটেমটিতে আমাদের buy complete হলেই একটি আপডেট পেজে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। আইটেম আপডেট পেতে পেজে active থাকুন।

ফ্লোর প্রাইজ তুলে নেওয়ার প্রভাবের কারণে মার্কেটে যে unstable হয়েছিল তার অনেকটাই adjust হয়ে গেছে। আশা করছি মার্কেট এখন থেকে স্বাভাবিক ভাবে চলে। তাই Safety net তৈরির দ্বিতীয় আইটেমে আমরা বিনিয়োগ শুরু করব। মার্কেট Down থাকায় Gradually বিনিয়োগ করা হবে। আইটেমটির আপডেট Trade hr এই চলে আসবে। আপডেট পেতে পেজে Active থাকুন।

ক্লাব আইটেম থেকে আজকে profit take করা হয়েছে @৪২.৫+। আইটেমটি ১০% এর প্রফিট টার্গেট পূরণ না করলেও মার্কেট কন্ডিশন বিবেচনায় আইটেমটি থেকে প্রফিট নেওয়া হল। আশা করছি ক্লাবের next item দিয়ে safety net তৈরি টার্গেট পুরন হয়ে যাবে। মার্কেট কন্ডিশন দেখে খুব শীঘ্রই আমরা পরবর্তী বিনিয়োগে যাবে। আপডেট পেতে পেজে Active থাকুন।

একটা safety net তৈরি করার জন্য আমরা যে বিনিয়োগ শুরু করেছিলাম তার প্রথম আইটেম ছিল আইটেমটি আগামী কাল Matured হবে। আইটেমটিতে আমাদের buy price ছিল around 40tk আশা করছি ১০% এর টার্গেট খুব শীঘ্রই পূরণ হয়ে যাবে এবং এরপর আমরা পরবর্তী বিনিয়োগে যাবে। Currently আমাদের main focus হল যতটা পারা যায় কম রিস্ক নিয়ে safety net তৈরি করা যেন যে কোন খারাপ মার্কেট কন্ডিশনে সহজেই ক্যাপিটালকে safe রাখা যায়। ক্লাব আইটেমগুলোর ধারাবাহিক আপডেট পেতে পেজ পোস্টটিতে দিয়ে এবং পেজ কে করে পেজে active থাকুন।

ক্লাব আইটেমের আপডেট কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেই আসছে। পেজটি দীর্ঘ দিন ধরে Inactive ছিল। তাই নিউজ ফিডে আইটেম আপডেট মিস করতে না চাইলে পোস্টটিতে দিয়ে পেজে Active থাকুন।

আগামী কাল থেকে মার্কেট একটি নতুন অধ্যায় শুরু করতে যাচ্ছে। দীর্ঘ সময় ফ্লোরে আটকে থাকা শেয়ার গুলোতে movement শুরু হবে। এতে শুরুটা পতন দিয়ে হলেও সময়ের সাথে মার্কেটের প্রবাহ বাড়বে। আমরা যারা অনেক দিন ধরে ফ্লোরে আটকা পড়ে আছি, সেটার একটা অবসান ঘটবে। ফ্লোরে আটকা পড়ার কারণ হিসবে মার্কেট কে খুব সহজেই দোষ দেয়া যায়। কিন্তু মূল কারণ হোল একটা #সেফটি_নেট না থাকা। যে কারণে যখন লস বাড়া শুরু করে তখন স্টপ লস দেওয়ার পরিবর্তে আইটেম আবারও bounce back করবে এই আশায় হোল্ড করে থাকায় সময়ের সাথে লসের পরিমাণ বাড়তে থাকে এবং শেষে এসে ফ্লোরে আটকে যায়। এতে পুরো পোর্টফলিওটা ব্লক হয়ে যায়। এর থেকে বাঁচার উপায় একটাই সেটা হল শুরুতেই সেফ ভাবে ১০-২০% এর একটা সেফটি নেট বানানো যেন পরবর্তী বিনিয়োগ গুলো যদি লসের সম্মুখীন হতে হয় বা মার্কেট ক্রাশ করে তখন যেন অনায়াসে আগের প্রফিট দিয়ে break even হয়। তাহলে আর মার্কেট ক্রাশের সময় স্টপ লস দিতে সমস্যা হবে না। এতে ক্যাপিটাল safe থাকবে এবং downtrend এর সময় মার্কেট যে opportunity গুলো দেয় সেগুলো মিস হবে না। দীর্ঘ সময় পর চলতি সপ্তাহেই আমাদের বিনিয়োগ শুরু হবে। প্রথমেই আমাদের লক্ষ থাকবে মোট বিনিয়োগের মিনিমাম ১০% একটা সেফটি নেট তৈরি করার। এজন্য শুরুর বিনিয়োগ গুলো যথেষ্ট safely করা হবে। Safe মানে এই নয় যে এখানে রিস্ক থাকবে না। তবে সেটাকে consider করেই আমরা সেফটি নেট তৈরি করব।

খুব শীঘ্রই ক্লাব আইটেমের আপডেট আসবে। পেজটি দীর্ঘ সময় থেকে inactive রয়েছে। তাই আইটেম আপডেট পেতে চাইলে পেজ পোস্টে simply একটা দিয়ে রাখুন। না হলে আপডেট মিস করবে।

দীর্ঘ অপেক্ষার পর ক্লাব আইটেম BDTHAIFOOD ফ্লোর থেকে movement শুরু করল। আইটেমটিতে আমাদের avg. buy rate around 40 tk. আশা করছি আইটেমটি গত বারের মত পুনরায় ফ্লোরে পড়ে না যেয়ে ট্রেন্ডে ফিরবে এবং at least break event পূরণ করবে। তার আগ পর্যন্ত পূর্বের মতই ক্লাবের সকল activity বন্ধ থাকছে।
