XIC X Index Companies (XIC) is a business conglomerate with a notable presence in Bangladesh engaged in diverse sectors. It commenced its journey in the year 1977.

With a heritage spanning over four decades, XIC established itself as a dynamic and progressive entity in the rapidly growing economy of the country. The conglomerate started with an Architecture Consultancy and got into the Real Estate sector in 1999. Continuing with the success story, the Conglomerate built businesses in the agriculture sector in 2000 and eventually took its premier Agri company

to the public market through IPO in 2021. The group invested in the Ceramics Tiles sector in 2009 and became one of the largest Tiles Manufacturers in Bangladesh by offering world-class products reasonably. Between 2018 and 2020, the conglomerate also invested in three Fuel based Power Plants in different locations to generate and supply electricity to the national grid. In 2018, XIC got into the hospitality sector and currently owns a chain of hotels across the country. To cater to the growing demand in the financial and technology sector, the group has launched interconnected business verticals in financial services, technology sector and venture capital investments. In the year 2021, Bluebees Ltd., a Tech based holding company, is established by the group with multiple tech ventures to provide 360-degree support for the sustainable growth of new generation businesses around the globe.
