দেশের তরুণদের স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবে রূপ দিতে এবং স্বাবলম্বী উদ্যোক্তা তৈরি করতে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক নিয়ে এলো 'উপজেলাভিত্তিক তরুণ উদ্যোক্তা অনুসন্ধান, চিহ্নিতকরণ ও অর্থায়ন কর্মসূচি 'উদ্যোগ (UDYOG)'।

দেশের প্রতিটি প্রান্তিক ও উপজেলা পর্যায়ে ছড়িয়ে থাকা সম্ভাবনাময় তরুণদের খুঁজে বের করে উপযুক্ত অর্থায়ন ও সহায়তা প্রদানই এই কর্মসূচির মূল লক্ষ্য।
