The company is operating its business since 1998 and listed with DSE & CSE. The management of the NHFPLC consists of a team led by senior bankers with experience in national and international banking & finance. Our core business is Housing Finance but also includes Term Loan Finance and Deposit Collection etc.

We are looking for target oriented, young, energetic and courageous experienced / fresh graduates for Sales & Marketing Department (Home Loan).

Job Nature: Full-time

Post: Junior Business Promotion Officer / Business Promotion Officer for Sales &
Marketing (Home Loan):

Job Responsibilities (Asset Sales)
- Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home Loan.
- Maintain strong customer relationship with existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
- Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
- Ability to work in a group for achieving business target.
- Liaise with supervisor/other support departments for processing files and approval.
- Remain up to date of our products and their features.
- Oversee repayment / servicing of loan prudently.

Educational & others Requirements:

- Graduate/Master’s Degree/ BBA/ MBA/ in any discipline.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
- Good computer knowledge and operational skill.
- Flexible, result oriented and capability to work in group or independently in achieving sales target.

Experience:

• 06 months to 01year experience in the field will be an added advantage.
• Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.

Age Limit : Age not exceeding 32 Years

Job Location : Dhaka
