The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pioneer Insurance PLC was held on Monday, May 4, 2026, via a digital platform, presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Zakir Ahmed Khan.

The meeting was attended online by the company's directors, including Mr. M. Anis Ud Dowla, Sanchia Chowdhury, Munize Manzur, Sylvana Sikdar, Munsura Rahmatullah, Shahana Rahmatullah, Anika Chowdhury, Mr. M.A. Majed, Mrs. Parven Akhter, Mrs. Rozina Afroz, Mr. Shafiqul Islam Khan, Sheikh Mohammad Salim Ullah, as well as the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Syed Shahriyar Ahsan, Company Secretary Mr. Imran Hasan, and a significant number of shareholders.

the company earned a premium of Tk 3.87 billion and a profit after Tax of Tk 446.5 million. The meeting approved unanimously all agenda including 25% cash dividend and 5% stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 as recommended by the Board of Directors. The shareholders expressed their satisfaction with Company's performance during the year.

In his closing remarks, the Chairman thanked all shareholders on behalf of the Board of Directors for their unwavering support. He also praised the officers and employees at all levels for their dedication to the company's success and encouraged them to maintain these efforts in the future.

আজ ২৬শে মার্চ, মহান স্বাধীনতা ও জাতীয় দিবস। দীর্ঘ নয় মাসের রক্তক্ষয়ী সংগ্রাম আর অগণিত প্রাণের বিনিময়ে অর্জিত হয়েছে আমাদের এই প্রিয় স্বাধীনতা। আজকের এই দিনে গভীর শ্রদ্ধায় স্মরণ করছি সেই সকল বীর সন্তানদের, যাঁদের আত্মত্যাগে আমরা পেয়েছি একটি লাল-সবুজ পতাকা ও স্বাধীন মানচিত্র।
