Shariah-based Standard Islami Bank PLC. organized a day-long workshop on ‘Understanding Islamic Finance Products and Services’ with the participation of selected executives from the Head Office and branches. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, acting Managing Director of the bank presided over the program held at the Bank’s Learning Center on 25 April 2026. M***i Mohammad Muhibbullahil Baqee An-Nadwi, Chairman of the Shariah Supervisory Committee of the bank attended the program as the Chief Guest. In the workshop, renowned experts in Islamic banking conducted specialized sessions on Shariah-based banking products and services. The speakers also emphasized the importance of continuous knowledge development to achieve excellence in customer service and Islamic banking operations.

Shariah based Standard Islami Bank PLC. recently organized an Executive Development Program titled ‘Leadership Style & Management Principles of Best Organizations’ with the participation of Senior executives, heads of all divisions and selected branches. As Keynote Speaker Md. Siddiqur Rahman, acting Managing Director of the bank conducted the program held at Standard Islami Bank Learning Center. The main objective of the initiative was to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of excellence within the organization. To enhance the managerial skills of executives, the program included detailed discussions on the management styles, leadership qualities of employees, service diversity and effective strategies of top global organizations for achieving long-term success.
