We are proud to announce that Dekko Garments Limited, one of the strategic business units of Dekko ISHO Group, has received official validation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for its science-based greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets. Aligned with our commitment to the 1.5°C pathway, this milestone reinforces our dedication to decarbonization, measurable climate action, and responsible manufacturing.

Our validated near-term targets include:

🌿 42% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions by 2030

🌿 25% reduction in Scope 3 GHG emissions by 2030

Raju Ahmed’s life has been a story of resilience from the very beginning. Living with a physical disability, he grew up facing hardship, rejection, and discrimination, experiences that could have easily broken his spirit. But Raju chose to move forward with determination, refusing to let his circumstances define his future.

His journey took a turn when he joined Agami Fashions Limited, an apparel manufacturing unit of the Dekko ISHO Group, where he found an inclusive and supportive environment that valued his dedication and hard work while giving him a true sense of belonging and purpose.

Mst. Jesmin was only eight years old when a tragic accident changed her life forever, taking away the vision in her left eye. But instead of letting the hardship define her, she chose to move forward with courage and determination. From working in a yarn mill to support her family to battling severe health complications that forced her to stop working for a long time, life continued to test her strength.

Yet, Jesmin never gave up. After recovering, she found a new beginning at Dekko Garments Ltd. (an apparel manufacturing unit of Dekko ISHO Group). Today, she stands strong with dignity and hope, inspiring everyone around her with her resilience and unwavering spirit.
