Sandhani Asset Management Limited and AAA Finance & Investment Ltd. have signed a Selling Agent Agreement for the distribution of units of Sandhani AML SLIC Fixed Income Fund and Sandhani AML SLFL Shariah Fund.

Under the agreement, AAA Finance & Investment Ltd. will act as a selling agent for both open-end mutual funds, helping expand investor access and strengthen the distribution network of the funds.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives of the participating organizations. Representing Sandhani Asset Management Limited were Mr. Mir Ariful Islam, ACS, Managing Director & CEO, and Mr. Hossain M. Fozle Elahi, Senior Assistant Vice President.

Also present was Mr. Muhammad Nazrul Islam, FCMA, ACMA (UK), CGMA, Managing Director & CEO of Sandhani Life Finance Limited, the Sponsor of Sandhani AML SLFL Shariah Fund.

Representing AAA Finance & Investment Ltd. were Mr. Mohammad Obaydur Rahman, FCS, FCGA, LL.M, Director; Mr. Md. Khalid Hossain, Managing Director (Acting); Mr. Shah Md. Mahmudul Hasan, Additional Managing Director; and Mr. Raihanul Haque Bhuiya, Deputy Manager.

This collaboration marks another step toward expanding access to professionally managed mutual fund products and supporting the continued development of Bangladesh’s asset management and capital market industry.

Sandhani Asset Management Limited was pleased to participate in “Gateway to Global Opportunities: Education & Career Expo 2026,” organised by the Directorate of Students’ Welfare of City University on 25 August 2026 at the City University Auditorium.

The Expo brought together students, graduates, job seekers and representatives from prominent organisations, creating a valuable platform for professional networking, career exploration and employment opportunities.

The event was graced by H.E. Mohd Shuhada Othman, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Bangladesh, as the Chief Guest.

The session was chaired by Brig Gen (Retd.) Prof. Dr. Engr. Md Lutfor Rahman, Vice Chancellor of City University, while Prof. Dr. Kazi Shahdat Kabir, Pro Vice Chancellor of City University, attended as the Special Guest.

Throughout the Expo, representatives of Sandhani Asset Management Limited engaged with aspiring professionals and exchanged perspectives on career pathways in asset management, investment management, capital markets and the broader financial sector.
