As part of our nationwide expansion, we are inviting applications for 100 Part-Time Field Agent positions across Bangladesh.
Available Positions
🛡️ Insurance Field Agent
Help farmers access livestock and crop insurance by promoting insurance products, onboarding customers, assisting with documentation, policy renewals, and claims support.
🐄 Cattle Tagging & Identification Agent
Support livestock registration and AI-powered cattle identification by collecting farmer information, registering livestock, capturing biometric images, and maintaining accurate digital records.
🌾 Crop Cutting Experiment (CCE) Field Agent
Conduct Crop Cutting Experiments (CCE), crop verification, yield estimation, agricultural surveys, and digital field data collection to support crop insurance and agricultural projects.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum HSC or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage)

Honest, responsible, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently within the assigned district
