পাঠশালা কোভিড ১৯ অনুদান
বাংলাদেশের করোনাকালীন (কোভিড ১৯) সংকটময় সময়ে আলোকচিত্রী এবং লেন্স নির্ভর শিল্পীদের সমর্থন করার উদ্যেগ নিয়ে পাঠশালা পরিবার ও তার বন্ধুরা একত্রিত হয়ে একটি আর্থিক তহবিল গঠন করেছে। আমরা মনে করি যে কোভিড ১৯ সংকটময় পরিস্থিতির কারণে বাংলাদেশের আলোকচিত্রীরা একটি আকস্মিক আর্থিক সংকটে পরেছে।
পাঠশালা পরিবার তার বন্ধু এবং শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষীদের কাছ থেকে তহবিল সংগ্রহ করেছে যাতে করে কোভিড ১৯ সংকটময় পরিস্থিতির মধ্যেও আলোকচিত্রী শিল্পীরা নিজের কাজ করতে পারে । আমরা এমন অনুশীলনকারীদের গুরুত্ব দেবো যারা যে কোন পরিস্থিতিতে তাদের কাজের প্রতি অবিচ্ছিন্ন প্রতিশ্রুতি প্রদর্শন করছে এবং কোভিড ১৯ এর কারণে মারাত্মক আর্থিক সঙ্কটের সম্মুখীন হয়েছে ।
আমরা বিশ্বাস করি যে, আলোকচিত্রীরা তাদের উল্লেখযোগ্য কাজগুলির মধ্য দিয়ে বৈশ্বিক সঙ্কটের সময়কে প্রতিফলিত করছে এবং একই সাথে এই অঞ্চলের সামাজিক ইতিহাস সংরক্ষণে অবদান রাখছে। আমরা সেই সকল আলোকচিত্রীদের উৎসাহিত করতে এবং সমর্থন জানাতে চাই যারা অর্থসংস্থান এবং স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষার অভাব সত্ত্বেও অবিচ্ছিন্নভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন।
জমা দেয়ার নির্দেশনাসমূহ:
বিষয়: কোভিড ১৯ সংকটময় পরিস্থিতির মাথায় রেখে ডকুমেন্টারি, ফটো সাংবাদিকতা এবং লেন্স-ভিত্তিক শিল্পের অনুশীলনকারীদের আবেদন করতে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
অঞ্চল: বাংলাদেশি নাগরিক।
সময়কাল: ১৫ জুলাই থেকে ১৫ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২০ (৩ মাস)।
অনুদানের পরিমান: ত্রিশ হাজার টাকা করে চারটি।
আবেদনপত্র: একটি সম্পূর্ণ আবেদনপত্র যা আপনি ডাউনলোড করতে পারেন এই লিঙ্ক থেকে: https://bit.ly/2V6pgbi
যৌক্তিকতা: ৩০০ শব্দের মধ্যে আপনার কাজের অনুপ্রেরণা এবং কেন আপনার এই আর্থিক সাহায্য দরকার ব্যাখ্যা করুন।
প্রকল্প প্রস্তাবনা: আপনার প্রস্তাবিত বা চলমান কাজের সারমর্ম ব্যাখ্যা করুন (৩০০ শব্দের মধ্যে)।
পোর্টফোলিও: আপনার পুরাতন/ নতুন/ চলমান কাজ সমন্বিত একটি পোর্টফোলিও জমা দিন (জেপিইজি ফরম্যাটে সর্বাধিক ৩০টি আলোকচিত্র)।
আকার: প্রতিটি আলোকচিত্র চিত্র ৫০০ কে.বি. এর চেয়ে বেশি হওয়া উচিত নয়। আলোকচিত্রগুলি যেভাবে প্রসেস করতে হবে: ৭২ ডি.পি.আই., দীর্ঘতম প্রান্তে ১৫০০ পিক্সেল। প্রতিটি আলোকচিত্রে অবশ্যই আপনার পুরো নাম এবং একটি নম্বর থাকতে হবে। উদাহরণ: 01_Ashraful Huda, 02_ Ashraful Huda।
এন্ট্রি জমা দেওয়ার জন্য: উই ট্রান্সফারের (WeTransfer) মাধ্যমে আপনার এন্ট্রি প্রেরণ করুন এবং একটি ফোল্ডারে একত্রে সব ফাইলসহ জিপ করে এন্ট্রি পাঠান [email protected] এ।
জমা দেওয়া ফোল্ডারটিতে যা যা থাকা প্রয়োজন:

Pathshala Emergency Photography Fund
To support photographers and lens-based artists of Bangladesh during the COVID-19 crisis, Pathshala community have come together to create an emergency initiative to offer an emergency photography fund. We realise photographers in Bangladesh are facing sudden financial emergencies due to COVID-19 situation.
Pathshala has raised a solidarity fund from its community, network and well-wishers to urgently identify and address the needs of photographers/photojournalists/lens-based artists. We would prefer practitioners who are demonstrating a sustained commitment to their works and experiencing dire financial emergencies due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We believe photographers are reflecting the time of global crisis with their significant works and contributing to the social history of the region. We want to encourage and support these photographers who are continuously working despite lack of resources and health safety.
Submission Guideline:
Theme: Considering this crisis period of COVID-19, Photojournalist, Documentary Photographer and lens-based practitioner are encouraged to apply.
Region: Bangladeshi National.
Time Period: July 15 to September 15, 2020 (3 months).
Amount of Fund: Thirty Thousand taka each for Four projects.
Application Form: A completed application form is required which you can download from here: https://bit.ly/2V6pgbi
Letter of Interest: A short letter of interest is required explaining your motivation and financial emergency (within 300 words).
Project Synopsis: A synopsis of your project/ongoing work is required (within 300 words).
Portfolio: A portfolio consisting of your proposed ongoing work is required (maximum 30 photos with JPEG format).
File Size: Each image should not exceed file-size of 500kb per image. The images should be processed at 72dpi, 1500 pixels at the longest edge. Each image must also have your full name and an image number on filename. Example: 01_Ashraful Huda, 02_ Ashraful Huda.
To Submit Your Entry: Send us your entry via WeTransfer and send the entry with all files zipped together into one folder to [email protected].
The submitted file should consist:
a) Application Form
b) Letter of Interest
c) Project Synopsis
d) Portfolio
Application deadline: 7 July 2020.
