DBBL Agent Banking - Hajirhat Receiving of clearing cheque. Other functions like collection of insurance premium including micro‐ insurance etc.

The following services will be covered under DBBL Agent Banking:

Collection of small value cash deposits and cash withdrawals (ceiling should be determined by the management of the Bank from time to time in line with the guideline of central bank );
Inward foreign remittance disbursement;
Facilitating small value loan disbursement and recovery of loans, installments;
Facilitating utility bill pay

Cash payment under social safety net programmed of the Government;
Facilitating fund transfer (ceiling should be as per limit given by Bangladesh Bank [BB] from time to time);
Balance inquiry; Statement inquiry
Collection and processing of forms/documents in relation to account opening, loan application, credit and debit card application from public;
Post sanction monitoring of loans and advances and follow up of loan recovery. ATM Withdrawal
Merchant Payment
Fund transfer [Person to Person (P2P), Person to Business (P2B), Business to Person (B2P), Person to Government (P2G), Government to Person (G2P), Business to Government (B2G), Government to Business (G2B)]
An Agent must provide, as a minimum, cash deposit and cash withdrawal services. The agent's activities could be within normal course of banking business of the DBBL but conducted at places other than bank premises/ ATM booths. Agent must provide services in the designated business premises. Agents are not allowed to provide the following services on behalf of the banks:

Giving final approval of opening of bank accounts and issuance of bank cards/ cheques;
Dealing with loan/ financial appraisal
Encashment of cheques and
Dealing in Foreign currency.

★যদি কোন গ্রাহক ৫০.০০০ টাকা বৈদেশিক রেমিটেন্স (পিন কোড বেইজড ও একাউন্ট বেইজড) প্রতিবার গ্রাহক পাবেন একটি আকর্ষণীয় সিরামিক মগ।

ব্যাংক একাউন্ট এর আবগারি শুল্ক নিয়ে শঙ্কিত গ্রাহকদের উদ্দেশ্যঃ

সম্মানিত গ্রাহক,
ব্যাংক সেবা কে সহজ ও সহজতর করার উদ্দেশ্য ডাচ্ বাংলা ব্যাংক লিমিটেড এর এজেন্ট ব্যাংকিং ডিপার্টমেন্ট বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের নিয়ম অনুসারে দেশের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। ব্যাংকিং সেবা সকল পর্যায়ের গ্রাহকদের নিকট পৌছে যাচ্ছে নতুন তৈরি বায়োমেট্রিক একাউন্ট খোলার মাধ্যমে। এক্ষেত্রে কোন ঝামেলা ছাড়ায় আঙ্গুলের চাপ দিয়ে একাউন্ট খুলতে পারবেন। সমস্ত লেনদেন গ্রাহকের আঙ্গুলের(Finger Impression) চাপ দিয়ে করতে পারবেন। যা অনেক নিরাপদ ও সহজ। একমাত্র এজেন্ট ব্যাংকিং আবগারি শুল্কমুক্ত একাউন্ট করার সুবিধা দিয়ে যাচ্ছে গ্রাহকদের। অর্থাৎ গ্রাহকের একউন্ট থেকে কোন প্রকার বার্ষিক, মাসিক কিংবা লুকায়িত(Hidden Charge) চার্জ কাটা হবে না।প্রথম বৎসর এ টি এম কার্ড পাচ্ছেন ফ্রি। পরবর্তী এ টি এম কার্ড চার্জ বাতসরিক মাত্র ৩৪৫/-।

একাউন্ট খুলতে যা প্রয়োজন হবেঃ
১। গ্রাহকের ভোটার আইডির ফটোকপি।
২।গ্রাহকের দুই কপি ছবি।
৩।নমিনির ভোটার আইডির ফটোকপি
৪।নমিনির এক কপি ছবি।
