Did you know for town planning applications it is required to install a water tank for secondary purposes (eg. irrigation) ....

Well here are the facts.

Residential Buildings (1500 - 2999 sq. ft) - Require a 3000 gallon water tank.

Residential Buildings (3000 sq. ft or more) - Require a 6000 gallon water tank

Non Residential Buildings (1000 sq. ft or more) -
Require a water tank calculated at a minimum of 4 gallons per sq. ft of the roof area.
