JOB DESCRIPTION
The ERP Architect will be responsible for providing expertise in pre-selling, shaping, defining, implementing and quality assuring ERP engagements. Involved from an early stage of pre-sales, Architect will be a senior member of the team that leads the client through to successful delivery.
Your key accountability will be to take ownership of the solution and its intended benefits from first contact until transition to support. You will provide industry and solution leadership at every stage, and will act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the relationship. Key areas of focus are value and benefits management, solution envisioning, enterprise architecture, solutions landscape design, and project planning, as well as business input to proposal development and client potential sales activities.
EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Higher education (preferably in related sphere)
At least 5 years’ experience in full cycle ERP implementation (1C, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
Leadership capabilities, logistics and finance fundamentals knowledge and ability to thinking strategically
Basic understanding of IT fundamentals and Programming
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to develop materials and effectively present to and persuade audiences
Drive improvement in accounts satisfaction goals. Collaborate with team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet customers’ expectations
Networking in Business Consulting market is an advantage
