Congratulations to Cato's own Ashleigh Bush for returning to competition after a lengthy stint on the sidelines with a ruptured ACL.

Ash returned to competition at the Royal Easter Show (pictured), and then went on to compete in Wangaratta, Deniliquin and Finley...all in one weekend!

Your diligence and hard work reflect everything we do at Cato for our clients and the community. Well done!

With the season of new life and renewal upon us, it seemed a perfect opportunity to launch Cato Advisory's new website and freshen up our social livery as we embark on our next stage of business growth.

And it was a great opportunity to reflect on what we do well, and clean out the noise from 'engagement creep' that service businesses inevitably experience.

Our focus and positioning on 'Debt Advisory' speaks to our goal of developing deep connections with clients and understanding their strategic goals, and how debt capital can fuel that growth. A by-product of that focus is the way we develop strong relationships with all the stakeholders in our clients' advisor group. Success is collaborative.

As a business we've made some exciting strides in improving client and stakeholder experience, and the rubber is now hitting the road.

With our team expanding recently and our active pursuit of growth partnerships and markets, we're excited about the rest of the year and beyond.

But for now, I'd like to wish you all a very happy Easter and a safe and fun long weekend.

It was so much fun sponsoring Young Junior Cricket again this year. The Cato Strikers made the U13s Grand Final and although they didn’t take home the trophy they made all their parents and supporters proud.
