Big Milestone Alert: 10 Years of Eliza! 🥳✨

They say a "Leap Day" hire is a rare find—and 10 years later, Eliza Edgerton is living proof! 🌟
Back on February 29th, 2016, we welcomed a 17-year-old Eliza to the ARMA team.
She was fresh out of school, local, and incredibly driven. We knew we were onto a good thing from day one (and it certainly didn't hurt that she came from such a highly respected local family!).

Fast forward a decade—and only 2.5 "official" birthdays later—and Eliza has evolved into a true powerhouse. Today, she is a fully qualified insurance broker. Watching her grow exponentially while navigating the unique challenges of insurance broking has been a privilege for all of us.

Eliza, we want to thank you for:
