My main philosophy thats made my mortgage clients a lot of money is: New clients get the best deals, be prepared to be a new client more often.

So heads up - the ANZ $4,000 refinance ends next Friday August 25th - you just need to apply by then and you have 120 days to settle the loan - so perfect if you have a fixed rate ending between now December 23rd you can lock this in but not settle until your fixed rate ends.

This isn't the only good deal around, and it might not be the best for you, but it's one of the best so should be on your shortlist to check out.

Here is an easy out - get a professional to do it for you!
