From 19 years old and just starting out in banking… to 14 years later. 💛

Today we’re celebrating a pretty special milestone for Bec, who has just reached her 14 year anniversary with Bendigo Bank!

Over those years there have been different roles, a little time away to travel and start a family, and plenty of change along the way.

Today, Bec is part of our customer-facing team as well as the person behind much of what you see right here on our socials and in our newsletters, sharing the people, organisations and stories that make our community what it is.

Now THAT was a weekend in Wynnum! ☀️🍿💙

We loved being part of this year’s Bayside Spring Festival, proudly sponsoring the entertainment stage on Saturday and spending the day doing what we love most, getting out amongst our community.

Our team kept the popcorn flowing, caught up with plenty of familiar faces and met a few new ones along the way. Safe to say, a LOT of popcorn was handed out! 🍿

We also want to give a special shoutout to Annie, who volunteered an incredible 7 hours of her Saturday to be there!

Something we’re particularly proud of is that when you see our team volunteering at community events outside their normal working hours, they’re genuinely giving their own time. Those hours are completely voluntary, and we think that says a lot about the people behind our Community Bank. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, grab some popcorn or have a chat, and congratulations to everyone involved in bringing another fantastic Bayside Spring Festival to life.

A big weekend for the Wolves! 🐺⚽️💙

We loved being there for WolvesFC Presentation Days, celebrating a huge season for players right across the club, from the littlest Wolf Cubs through to the Youth teams.

One of the highlights was seeing more than 105 players recognised with their 5-year service medals. What an incredible reflection of the community and loyalty that exists within this club! 👏

We’re proud to support Wynnum Wolves FC and always love the opportunity to show up, catch up with the club community and celebrate the people who make it what it is.

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, volunteers and families on another fantastic season. 🖤💛

1,220 tokens later… the results are in! 💛

Our customers have been busy showing some love to five fantastic local organisations through our latest round of Tokens of Appreciation.

Together, they shared in $10,000, with every token helping decide how the funding was distributed.
