What a fantastic morning for the very first meeting of BNI Prosperity Group – Bribie Island!

It was great to have a room full of local business owners coming together, getting to know each other and starting to build what I think is going to be a really amazing group.

For me, this is what local business is all about – building genuine relationships, supporting each other, sharing opportunities and helping businesses in our community grow.

I’ve been waiting to share this one!

My wonderful client has officially settled on his very first home and I honestly couldn’t be happier for him. ❤️

This is one of my favourite self-employed tradie clients, and we were able to find a simpler lending process that worked for him and his personal circumstances, making the whole journey to home ownership that little bit easier.

Hey everyone! 👋❤️

I’ve been super busy these last few weeks, and I’ll admit, a little slack with my posting! 😂

But I had to share this one!

I received this message on Wednesday, and it honestly made my day. I just love my clients! ❤️

We’re refinancing both owner-occupied and investment home loans, and after going back and negotiating a little harder, we’ve been able to achieve:

🏡 Owner occupied: 6.94% → 5.95%
🏘️ Investment: 6.59% → 6.09%

Based on the current loan balances, that’s approximately $8,212 in interest savings in the first year alone 🙌

And to top it off, there’s also a $1,000 cashback offer when settled!

This is exactly why I love doing what I do. It’s not just about getting a loan approved. I genuinely enjoy looking after my clients, finding opportunities to save them money or getting them a better outcome wherever I can.
