📢 We’re Hiring – Client Service / Admin Support Officer (Part-Time)
We’re a growing financial advisory practice looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service / Admin Support Officer to join our team.
This is a part-time (casual) position (approx. 16 hours per week) with the potential to increase hours for the right candidate as our business continues to grow. Permanency can be discussed after a six month probation.
🗓 Availability
Ideally available Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday.
We’re happy to be flexible with how the hours are structured for the right person.
💼 About the Role
You’ll play a key role supporting client service and administrative functions, helping ensure our practice runs efficiently and professionally.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Confident using Google Workspace
Experience with Trello (a bonus, but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Professional communication skills
