We just got home from dropping off the prize to the winner of our lolly guess competition and we were greeted with little Hugo waiting outside the front door on the porch. I must say what a beautiful little boy with amazing manners. He not only thanked us, but he opened his prize and shared some with Ella and asked me if I would like a chocolate frog. Oh yes please!

The RBA has kept the cash rate on hold at 4.35%, following signs of slower property growth, slower GDP growth and a slight rise in unemployment.

For homeowners, this means interest rates and repayments are likely to remain steady for now, particularly if you’re on a variable rate loan. For buyers, borrowing power may be largely unchanged.

When a sales yard or dealer offers finance, how confident are you that your personal and business information stays exactly that... your business? 🤔

It's also important to remember that an advertised interest rate doesn't always tell the full story. Built-in fees, add-ons, and the overall finance structure can sometimes mean the deal isn't as competitive as it first appears.
