With all the changes in NSW scheme it's hard for everyone to keep up... Since 4th February 2019 EML staff are now using the icare system… the claims on the new system start with the “2” & that’s when we need to use [email protected] email rather than [email protected] which is still used for claim numbers starting with a “1”
