perty started in 2017, fueled by a stack of "how-to" books! In 2019, I bought my first home using some fantastic government schemes (shoutout to the super saver and first home buyers guarantee!). A little bit of renovating later (hello, new kitchen!), and after just two years, I sold it for a really nice profit. That experience was a game-changer – it showed me firsthand the incredible potential of property and really ignited my passion. When I'm not crunching numbers, I'm pretty active in the community. I'm on the finance council for Lumen Christi Catholic Parish, a regular blood donor (almost at 100!), and a proud volunteer and sponsor for the Illawarra Filipino & Multicultural Women's Group (IFMWG) and their amazing annual Masquerade Ball. These experiences have really honed my research and problem-solving skills. Now, I use those skills to dig deep and build home loan applications that truly stand out to lenders. Every application is a new puzzle, but helping my clients find the right financial solutions is incredibly rewarding. Plus, my community involvement keeps me grounded and motivated to support others.
