Another 5 Star Review from a Happy Ark Financial Client.

We recently purchased a property and had the pleasure of working with Anne Kolleger from Ark Financial. From start to finish, she provided exceptional service that exceeded all our expectations. She guided us through the maze of mortgage options with expertise, taking into consideration our unique circumstances to help us find the perfect loan.

What impressed us the most was her responsiveness; whenever we had questions or uncertainties during the process, she was always quick to provide clarity and support. When an error was caught on the settlement figures provided by the lender the day before settlement she promptly took charge, liaised with the lender, and ensured that everything was corrected in time for a smooth settlement.

I cannot recommend Anne highly enough to anyone embarking on a similar journey. She not only provided invaluable support throughout the loan application and settlement but has also reassured us that our relationship doesn't end there and will always be available to assist us through the lifetime of the loan.

💥Particularly in these turbulent times Anne says people need an experienced finance broker in their corner to help them negotiate the most beneficial financial package possible for their individual circumstances.

❤Since becoming a finance broker Anne has assisted individuals to purchase their first home, buy and refinance their investment properties, purchase properties in their Self-Managed Super Fund and has helped self-funded retirees looking to take up a reverse mortgage to support their lifestyle.
