Hey there my fellow jerky lovers it's your jerky queen here 👑
Look out I am brewing up a storm tonight . No jerky duty instead brewing up a yummy new cider recipe and of course the famous ginger beer !

Don't forget to come and see me at Wilton market on the 20th of September , the jerky queen will be flying solo so her set up will be a bit more basic than normal but don't fear there will be lots of ginger beer , cider , chilli mead , mandarin mead and of course the last of the free jerky to give away ,

Hello there , the new location of the JST trailer is generating a lot of interest lots of new views and likes on the page ! Love it !!!
Anyhow a quick update We were sorry to have missed a cpl of markets recently , the cold weather made the fermentation process a lot slower but don't worry I will be at Camden market the 5th of September so you can gets a nice stash for Father's Day and will be at Wilton market on the 20th of September very well stocked . Lots of new Flavor's including a berry flavored mead and our new JST tea , another of my favourite's that can be consumed cold or warm .

All bottled and ready for our 1st birthday celebrations tomorrow at Wilton markets . Who would of thought we would have 4 different types of alcohol and 7 flavor's in jerky a year later . Our first market we had 3 flavor's of jerky and that was it .

Isn't it beautiful ! It's our Chilli mead ! Perfect to warm you up on a cold winters night .
Can be served at room temperature or warmed up .

It's amazing to see the apples on the tree , then being crushed , then smelling the sweetness , to treating the juice with respect and honor only to add our secret ingredient to produce the best apple cider you will ever try ! Don't believe me ??? Then come to Wilton markets on Sunday the 19th of July and taste it for yourself !!! It's our new JST cider made from scratch that no one except Rob and I have tried . I promise you , you will be amazed . 100 times better than before 😉

Don't forget to come and see us at the 1st birthday celebration on the 19th of July at Wilton markets . What a better way to celebrate with the jerky queen herself giving away her jerky !
