Tim, Kim and I were excited to be in the office this week to welcome Jess to Accession Finance! 👋

Jess brings a wealth of lending knowledge and experience across a range of specialties, including assisting doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals with their finance needs.

Having recently purchased her own first home, Jess understands firsthand how exciting — and sometimes overwhelming — the process can feel. She’s passionate about helping first home buyers navigate the journey with confidence and achieve their dream of home ownership, knowing that with the right guidance, it doesn’t have to be daunting.

Small business can be incredibly rewarding, but there are definitely seasons where life feels very full — where the highs are incredibly high, and the challenges all seem to arrive at once.

The last little while has been one of those periods for us. Alongside some stressful moments and difficult circumstances, there have also been some really exciting milestones, opportunities and moments we’re genuinely grateful for. We think that’s the reality of life and business sometimes — both things can exist at the same time.

When you run a business, you don’t really get to switch off. You keep showing up for your clients, your team and your family while navigating whatever is happening behind the scenes. Sometimes resilience simply looks like continuing to take the next step forward.

What we’re most grateful for through all of it is our team. Watching everyone support each other, step up when needed and genuinely care about one another has meant more than we can explain. Difficult times have a way of showing the strength of the people around you, and we couldn’t be prouder of ours.

We’re also really excited for what’s ahead and look forward to introducing you to some new faces and sharing some big news in the coming weeks.

Here’s to backing each other, appreciating the good moments and continuing to move forward through the hard ones too.
