Here’s a truth about my business: I’m just like every other business owner.
There are things I do really well.
Things I don’t do very well.
And things I’m better at than others.
But one thing I know for sure is that working with specialists on the things I’m not great at is non-negotiable.
It’s not just about getting the job done.
It helps my clients, my team, and me.
It makes me calmer, more focused, and more present as a parent, wife, friend, and coach.
Knowing I have specialists who are exceptional at what they do and who genuinely love their work gives me real peace of mind.
It saves me brain space and lets me actually enjoy my business.
Right now, I work with specialists in marketing, tech, writing, finance, and mental health and wellbeing.
I invest heavily in those partnerships and it’s absolutely money well spent.
Not only do I get to work with amazing people, but I also get to support other small business owners who are building their own version of success.
It’s a privilege to build a business surrounded by specialists who help me reach my goals.
And it’s even more special to know I can help my clients reach theirs too.
Because business isn’t meant to be done alone. It’s meant to be built with the right people beside you.
