We recieved this notice yesterday, 8.30pm.

The Director of Biosecurity has determined that uncooked prawns pose an unacceptable biosecurity risk and accordingly has made the Biosecurity (Suspended Goods – Uncooked Prawns) Determination 2017 (the Determination) which provides that uncooked prawns must not be brought or imported into Australian territory for a period of 6 months.

This is effective immediately. We will keep you all advised of any changes as soon as we have more news.
