Our team is expanding again! We are seeking a full-time, skilled Sales Support/Claims Officer to join our Launceston and Hobart Teams.
If you want to work with a friendly, inclusive, and enthusiastic team in a modern, well-equipped office space, then this is the position for you!
You will be responsible for supporting the Launceston team with office tasks, answering calls & emails and processing insurance quotes and renewals.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Accurate and efficient claim lodgement, ensuring the claims database is maintained
• Liaising with claimants over the phone and in writing
• Liaising with external providers and repairers
• Processing insurance quotations, new business & renewals
You must display:
• The ability to navigate through operating systems
• The ability to work in a high-functioning, positive team environment, under pressure, to timelines, with minimal supervision
• Experience working with sensitive information and meeting business compliance requirements.
You will have the following qualities:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Teamwork and co-operation
• Concern for quality
• Flexibility
Desirable
• 1-year experience in the financial services industry
• 1-year experience in an office environment and/or customer service role.
All training will be provided on the job, but prior knowledge is favourable.
