At the end of the day, getting there safely matters more than getting there quickly.

But if something does go wrong, it’s worth knowing where your business stands.

Kaylyn Jennings and Kimberley Gill recently attended the 2026 Strata Community Association (SCA) Australasia Conference in Adelaide.

Held from 20–22 April, the conference brought together strata managers, service providers and industry stakeholders from across Australia and New Zealand, with an Awards Gala on the second evening to recognise excellence across the sector.

This year’s theme, “Strong Businesses, Vibrant Communities,” reflects an important idea: that commercial success and community wellbeing are closely connected.
