The story of how it came to be really resonated with me. I grew up in a small farming community and have seen the negative impacts firsthand, when services close and populations decline within a town. But also, the financial contribution towards projects funded by the bank is phenomenal and I love being part of that!

Today marks the end of an era as we farewell Daryl after more than 25 years with Community Bank Wentworth & District.

Dedicated, committed and an all-round friendly guy, are just some words that come to mind when we talk Daryl!

Weโ€™re sad to see him go, but excited for what retirement brings โ€” and we know we will still see him at the footy, where heโ€™ll be cheering loudly for the Wenty Roos.

See you around, Daryl.
