Just a note regarding Hail Damage to your Roof, if a Hail Storm does happen, the 1st thing you do is contact your Insurer, In our case, call direct to our Warwick office, we then will use our Local Builders to carry out any repairs that are needed, that way we can Guarantee any work that is done, sadly some fly by nighters are door knocking the area telling home owners that their roof is hail damaged, would you buy solar panels from a door knocker or would you use a trusted local company, & finally the last hail storm to hit our district was in 2019 & it only effected farm land out Cullendore way.

Following on from the Hail Storms late last year, repairs are now underway, thanks Butterworth Constructions, between the 2 properties their is $100,000.00 worth of damage, that's when your Insurance policy proves itself, sad to here that some people have found out the hard way with the good ol Budget cover, one example was the Insurance company wouldn't pay to remove a tree, the policy holder didn't select that option, to late now, we pride ourselves on offering a great product at a great price, along with local face to face service & the use of local repairers & suppliers.

This week one of our clients was involved in an accident, her car was hit by an uninsured driver, your basic third part property will pay for any damage you cause on the road, now we will lodge the claim & seek recovery for the costs, basic third party property will only cost a couple of hundred dollars, simple peace of mind, their are no short cuts in life.

Had a interesting time yesterday helping a client who had a Policy with another Insurer, that listed his Commercial Building as Indemnity only, not Replacement, if you have a Policy, whether it be your Home, Business or even your Farm & you find the word indemnity, you need to get it changed to Replacement, in the event of a fire like my example above, say its Insured for $100,000.00 Indemnity, you won't get the 100,000, you might only get $40,000.00, be carefull
