Community Bank Wantirna is proud to support an organisation that has been making a difference in Knox since 1976.

For five decades, the dedicated volunteers of Wantirna Lions Club have generously given their time, skills and energy to support local projects, help those in need and strengthen our community. Their commitment to service is a wonderful example of the positive impact volunteers can have when they come together for a common purpose.

Meeting twice a month to plan and deliver community initiatives, the club continues to embody the Lions motto of serving others and making a real difference where it matters most.

💙 Thank You, Taylor 💙
After years of dedicated service, we are saying farewell to Taylor as he embarks on a new chapter.

As Senior Branch Manager of Community Bank Malvern East and Community Bank Murrumbeena, Taylor has been a valued leader, colleague and friend. His patience, kindness and willingness to share his knowledge have left a lasting impression on our team. Whether guiding staff through new challenges, providing support when it was needed, or taking the time to teach and mentor others, Taylor was always generous with his time and expertise.

Taylor has also built strong relationships with our customers and community partners, who have come to know and appreciate his approachable nature and genuine commitment to helping others.

🚂 All aboard at the Vermont Men’s Shed

Community Bank Wantirna is proud to support Vermont Men's Shed and the wonderful community activities they host - including their fantastic model railway group.

The railway club is a great example of the Shed in action, bringing together people of all ages and skill levels to design, build and operate an impressive working model railway. From scenery and track building through to wiring and running trains, it’s a hands-on space filled with creativity, learning and connection.

More than just a hobby group, it’s about mateship, shared skills and community wellbeing.
