Looking for recommendations for accounting packages:
- automated bank feeds
- invoicing
- multiple income sources (eg can keep track of personal, and 2 or more businesses in the one package)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🥳
Start 2023 right, with some tips for reducing costs for small businesses (I’m going to attempt these too!)…

- Take a systematic approach: go over profit and loss statements for the past 12 months, benchmark your business against industry standards, look at your spending in key areas such as purchasing, sales, etc

- Uncover hidden costs: eg insurance policies, unused subscriptions, discounts not applied, etc

- Sell off unwanted equipment

- Negotiate with Suppliers: take some time to see if you can get the same product for a lower price, or without the shipping cost, etc

- Separate personal and business expenses

- Reduce spending: set budgets according to last years reports and 2023 predictions, and stuck to them as much as possible.
